Meet Our Team
ARC Construction Inc. was established by the Hatoomian family as a residential and commercial contractor, specializing in concrete and masonry work, and gaining a proud reputation here in California. Through the years ARC Construction has acquired proficiency in a wide variety of construction areas to include multi-dwellings, commercial, industrial, and educational facilities, as well as tenant improvements, renovations, and restoration of structures. Our firm provides services of up to $35 million on an annual basis. From major developments to renovation work ARC Construction continually maintains its high ideals as set forth by the founders and strives for excellence through hard work, attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
Albert Hatoomian

Albert has spent over 70 years of his life in construction. Since 1986, exclusively in the United States. With an engineering degree and experience doing commercial, residential, public works, bridges, and highway projects, Albert has an unbeatable portfolio.
Razmik Hatoomian
VICE PRESIDENT & DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Razmik brings 40 years of experience in commercial, residential, and public works, with a strong expertise in project management. He excels at ensuring projects stay on schedule and are completed on time. Additionally, Razmik is adept at handling day-to-day communications with architects, city officials, and subcontractors, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from start to finish.
Stephany Belian
Executive Assistant Project Manager and Coordinator
Stephany has a strong background in administration, providing valuable support to the estimator and the team. She excels in managing communications with subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to schedules, and overseeing contracts and proposals to help maintain smooth project operations.
Njdeh Thomassian (Tom)
Controller
Tom brings 30 years of experience in construction, with expertise in accounts payable and receivable, payroll, contracts, and documentation. He is highly skilled in managing contract and insurance documents, ensuring efficiency in all aspects of accounting and financial operations.
Daniel Hatoomian
Assistant Project Engineer
Daniel plays a key role in both bidding and managing projects, providing valuable support both in the office and on-site. He is responsible for reviewing and analyzing a wide range of construction documents, including civil, architectural, structural, and MEP plans. Additionally, Daniel handles technical issues in the office, ensuring smooth operations across all aspects of the project.
Alfredo Florez
SUPERINTENDENT
Alfredo brings 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with expertise in commercial, residential, and public works. He has a strong background as a foreman, overseeing projects and ensuring they run smoothly. Alfredo is skilled in managing subcontractors and is proficient in masonry and concrete work. He is dedicated to maintaining a safe, efficient work environment and ensuring projects are completed on time.
