Willard Elementary School DSA 03-124383 and Sierra Madre Elementary School DSA 03-124396 per bid specifications .The scope of work is estimated to be $2,100,000 and includes: The Project encompasses a comprehensive renovation of restroom facilities at Willard Elementary School and Sierra Madre Elementary School, serving students, staff, and visitors. This includes the installation of new plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, and accessories, as well as new ceramic wall and floor tiles, fresh paint, and upgraded doors, frames, and hardware. Additionally, the scope encompasses necessary upgrades to mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and plumbing systems, as well as ADA compliance enhancements



Olympic Gateway Project

The scope of work includes the installation of a 50-foot illuminated twisted cable structure situated in the public right of way, spanning the intersection of Olympic Blvd. and Normandie Ave. This includes all appurtenant work such as demo and installation of sidewalk, curb, gutter and asphalt, electrical, traffic control, etc.

Hale Building Interior Remodel

Pasadena, CA


Bids Due: 03/05/2025 at 5:00PM PST

Estimated Value: $750,000-1,000,000

This project provides for a multi-phase, comprehensive interior remodel of the Hale Building. Phase II includes design and renovation of the 1st floor Historical Public Permit Services Center with all associated back of the house office space. Additionally, third floor staff offices and conference room spaces are included in Phase II. The renovations include accessibility compliance upgrades, installation of energy efficient and water saving fixtures for Title 24 compliance, and building security measures. In addition, the scope of the work includes purchasing new furniture throughout the 1st and the 3rd floors.
